Main additions:
1) Added the Log-ic Report tool to the Log-ic program install.
2) Added a method to verify the digital signature of both the xml export and the PDF report (see the File menu).
3) The method used to auto find connected readers (of all types) has been improved. Devices connected as COMMs are not looked at unless they are RFID readers for Log-ic tags. This should result in less support issues around reader connection.
4) Added a few refinements.
